September 26 Topic for the Daytoday seems to be just like any other day with the exception of not having a full time job as usual this year seeems to be the hardest not only for me but for alot of other people to.
I know that saying just hang on something will break and things will start getting better but I cant say that anymore .
be positive about something thats bad is not going to change it.
and sometimes even pulling all your resouces to help you isn't aslways going to last .
We end up burning bridges because of expectations that we cannot meet.
now that those are burnt we go from trying to saves ourselves to a bad situation even worse than that.
Temp jobs help some but are not a long term solution. We need work and we need it now.
this is pretty much our waking thoughts and sits in the back of heads 24/7 . We have such stress that there doesnt seem to be a release.
Well.... I m not really sure if there is a release other than a job. this is one situation that a deep breath and relaxing on the weekends isn't going to solve.
here's all I can suggest :
Check your local internet newspaper if you have internet access .. everyday.
make a list of the those you can contact. E-mail, Fax, Call, inperson,
then do what you can of those and on that Monday (if you can .. Apply in person to those that fit your Qualifications.) then is just a matter of ole superstition.. Cross your fingers and hope for the best..
I have been told that its you and your resume that make getting the job. but no fancy resume or nicest suit , dress is going to change the fact that its your personality and experience that should be getting you that job.
being professional man?
A suite?
groomed hair?
shaven face?
cologne?
being professional woman?
A Dress?
Styled hair?
Makeup?
Perfume?
why should A Suite, Dress , Cologne , makeup or perfume matter,
is it true that it should be what you see is what you get? Does a pretty face make the Job?
would you by a broken TV is the chassis was an up to date model not a scratch on it but the inside didn't have anything in it?
what logic in that? oH I know lets make a window screen planter and make a million bucks for someone else? :) LOL.

a compataint employee thats been doing there Job , never missed a day ( never even got there Paid Vacation) ( thats another matter I forgot...)
worked overtime , and never once complained even about double shifts . weekends, days off. all working just to be the dedicated employee. ...
What recognition? what apraise , What paid Vacation, only a no we dont need you. over a situation that you did not do. and then forced to put in your resignation , then 3 days later you try to take it back explaining that it seems the problems have really worked themselves out. BUT HEY GUESS WHAT THE JOKES YOU. YOUR THE ONE BEING BLAMED FOR ALL THE PROBLEMS AND YOUR EMPLOYER DOESNT WANT TO LET YOU TAKE IT BACK..No Seriously , its all Swatted crap.
You dont need the hassels, from others that cause more hassels. than your daily living and you doing what your more than qualified for.
let them take there head trips, there hassels and keep them in there own closets ... your not there dumping site.
so when the shit starts flying ...DUCK AND RUN. IF ITS NOT YOURS. IF IT IS CATCH IT SAY SORRY THEN BOW YOUR HEAD AND LEAVE.

Ah" the ole say Blind Justice , How just ! Well just how blind is justice? Seems to me when someone can walk away from something really bad without paying for the conciquences of there own actions ...That's Just how Blind Justice Really is in the
Catch'em and punish'em Department.
Some one Endanger another's life and they walk away with only a slap on the hand?
or get bail set and is out on the street at large before the weekend is over?
How is this Justice????
What about the Victums?? Where is there Justice? How do they Get Compensated for there Sufferings there enduring for the rest of there lives.? MONEY? is that to say the people on this planet would rather take money for some wrong doings?
Well Hell! lets just round up the bad and say if you give this Amount of Dollars no record for you! Now you can go back out there and do the same again...but just remember where you make your payment...
What Logic? What common Sense in that? But that's what's being said....hell lets abolish lawyers we dont need them ...No need to sue... and lets just take down the prison walls we dont need them let everyone out of there just send them on the streets free to do bodily harm to other's... and lets just fire all the courts police and any public offical that claims justice will be served ...

Blind the judical system so that the criminals can go free without punishment for the criminalistic actions that have taken place?
and how is it an accident when it's blatently negligence on the part of the person that caused it?
A driver in a car not paying attention to the road nor the other drivers on the road and hits someone ...
who is at fault? the Victum? NEVER!
but the negligent driver that did not follow the rules of the road . isnt that why people take tests to get there license for?
to make sure that they are safe drivers?
and what of the conciquences for the negligent actions or the lack of responsible actions? a slap on the hand and by all means continue to endanger of lives on the road!
a person with 3 prior assaults on other people's lives ....
to put a person in the hospital, after knocking them unconsious, the victum ends up with severe brain trama like the Victum from the negligent driver , and then the assaultant turns them selve in only after they get a high priced lawyer to make sure there going to get out..
How is this justice?
now the assaultor is on the streets again to do bodily harm to another. and by all means go ahead with your pricey attorney you will walk free in the end on those charges to just like this incident,,,

It's not right not by any means..to me they both should be in jail doing time..
one with there license revoke with no chance for return.. for the physical damage and mental damage caused
and the other should be in jail with no bail set and should be doing time for the assault, with the attempted manslaughter for
the severe brain trama that his fists alone caused to someone that never did them any bodily harm...
over $300.00 dollar accusations? this is shit! where is there brains? obviously they have none . to do that to someone for someone with no common sense logic, or respect for human life...BUT I TELL YOU THIS IF IT WAS THERE KIN,,, WELL HELL THAT'S A WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY.. IS'NT IT?

June 26 Opened my EyesJust Last week I read on the internet that Mohave County, Az. was the 2nd highest unemployed rate in the nation, This is somewhat disheartening Considering the fact that I live within this county and I’m currently one of those unemployed people that I read about. Yes Times are tough but also sometimes a little ray of light comes shinning through the heavy fog to give a glimmer of hope. I’m thankful for this. and it’s the Little things we often loose sight of in such trying times. Even if their there and we can see them. My heart has been heavy and I have been blinded by oppression in the times. but today I was reminded that the little glimmer just Shined so bright I had to smile. Now with renewed Hope, determination , I can Go On! All I can say now is Look for your Glimmer and rejoice even in the smallest. It will lighten your burdens even for the moment and give you a refreshing out look which is sometimes much needed. June 09 Times are as Tight as A rope around your very existance .These Times are as tight as a rope around the very existance we live and breathe.
Jobs are becomming harder to find and comeby. Getting interviews is just as hard.
Employment Job Fairs are outragously over packed with unemployed persons just trying to find a job.
Alot of good certifications, college courses, or even degree's do you let alone experience. In these times even someone that was once a president to one company might now be facing work at the local A&P mart just to make ends meat for his family,
the harder it becomes seems to have no impact on the continious rising in market prices or fuel prices.
not even rentals or housing payments have dropped.
We are in Sorry Shape USA!
to go from 41 hours a week to 27 a week loose your place to live. then only to find you can only get a temp job that you cant do to physical limitations and the OUT IN THE COLD DOOR and no help from your local unemployment agency,
Now 3 months later and all that you thought you prepared for is going down the toilet.
insurance expireing (There goes the Car to find that job)
$15.00 in your pocket (you just know you had to keep to Keep looking for a JOB) is somehow now so worthless.
what good is your 15 bucks for fuel when you dont have your car anymore.?

This year has had a tough start, and times seem to be getting tougher all the time.
Jobs are scarce, It doesnt seem to matter what Experience you have it's the Long line you must either
wait in or Battle just for the Interview. Even then there is no Guarentee that you will get the job.
So What is a person to do ?
Hope that some form of assistance comes shinning through, Like a bright lite at the end of a very dark tunnel,
What Happens if the Lite doesnt Shine then What do you do ?
Lay down your arms and give up?
If you haven't got the tools to do the job that you are qualified for how can you repair your sinking ship?
these are long and hard Questions that dont seem to have an answer.
Does Praying Really get A Miracle Rolling just for you?
Well all I can say is I SURE HOPE SO!
I just like many millions of Americans are stuck in this very same situation and even though we would like to
maybe just wallow in our self pity after all the fighting to get what is needed seems the only end result is to just
get some knee pads and fold our hands in prayer and pray that a miracle is just around the corner. and Thank God
that we survive till it arrives. |
